1 can(12-15oz) non-fat evaporated milk

1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese

8 ozlinguine, cooked

How To Make linguine primavera

1Cook linguine according to directions on the package. While linguine is cooking, in a large skillet, heat oil and lemon juice. Add peppers, onion and mushroom; cook until tender crisp.

2Add milk and 1/4 cup cheese, stirring frequently.

3Drain linquine, and add to the vegetables; toss to coat. Top with remaining cheese and serve with fresh pepper.
