Ingredients For lil' pot lasagna

1 1/2 cspaghetti sauce

1/2 lblean ground beef or turkey

2 sheetbarilla oven-ready lasagne noodles

8 ozcottage cheese (or ricotta, if preferred)

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
*optional* diced onion, diced tomato, sliced mushrooms, sliced mozzarella
How To Make lil' pot lasagna

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown ground beef in enough water to cover bottom of pan; drain well. Season as desired. Add in sauce and any optional items you'd like such as diced onion, diced tomatoes or mushrooms. Stir well.

2In each of two oven-safe bowls or ramekins, place 1/4 of meat sauce (if desired, place a slice of mozzarella cheese but not necessary.)

3Break one sheet of oven-ready lasagne in half and place on meat sauce.

4Divide the cottage cheese between the two bowls; spread to the edges. Break last lasagne sheet in half, place on top of cottage cheese in each dish.

5Spread remainder of meat sauce in each bowl. Divide the shredded mozzarella between each dish. Cover with foil and place on a baking sheet in oven.

6Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. **Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving**
