Great for after Thanksgiving or Christmas, you can add as many ingredients as you want, it will always turn deli!!

Ingredients For leftover turkey pasta

  • pasta of choice,cooked 'al dente'
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 4 c
    turkey
  • 1 jar
    chunky tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 c
    mushroom pieces (optional)
  • parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How To Make leftover turkey pasta

  • 1
    In large pot heat oil and add garlic and leftover turkey chunks.
  • 2
    Add pasta sauce, basil and add cream cheese and mushrooms when hot. Mix well until cheese melts.

    Serve with pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
