This dish is very pretty when 1 or 2 bundles are placed on your guest's plate along with a side of meatball or sausage and a side of vegetable. There is no meat inside the bundle, so depending on your sauce; it may be served as a vegetarian dish if you wish.

Ingredients For lasagna bundles

1 pkg12 lasagna noodles
-
1 pkg10 oz frozen chopped spinach or 4 cups fresh leaf spinach

2 cricotta cheese
-
1 cgrated mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1egg
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1 jarpasta sauce or your own homemade sauce
-
1/2 lbground beef, cooked
-
1/2 lgonion,chopped small
-
salt & pepper & spices in your own sauce
How To Make lasagna bundles

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook lasagna noodles, rinse and drain, set aside

2Combine spinach which has been thawed and drained very well with cheeses, egg, and nutmeg. There is no meat inside the bundles.

3Set 1/2 cup of pasta sauce aside. Mix remaining sauce with ground beef and seasonings and cook to your taste and pour into greased casserole dish.

4To assemble bundles, spread 2-3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each noodle and roll up jelly roll fashion. Place them seam side down in casserole dish. drizzle remaining pasta sauce over each roll.

5Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes or until heated through. Serve 1 or 2 rolls on each plate along with a side of vegetable or meatball or sausage if you prefer meat.
