Ingredients For lasagna

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 box
    lasagna noodles
  • 1 pkg
    turkey pepperoni
  • scoop
    cottage cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar
    pasta sauce
  • 1 pkg
    italian cheeses
  • dash
    salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and italian seasoning

How To Make lasagna

    Boil your lasagna noodles, only cook until 3/4 done. Drain, then set aside. Start cooking your beef. when it's done, drain as much grease as you can. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

    In a casserole dish(mine is glass)put a thin coat of sauce on the bottom of the dish. Try not to use a lot. Place a layer of noodles over the sauce. Place a majority of the beef over the first layer of noodles. Set aside the rest of the meat. Sprinkle some cheese and add a small layer of sauce over the cheese. Add another layer of noodles.

    Spread some cottage cheese over the second layer of noodles. When finished putting as much cottage cheese as you want, cover the cottage cheese with a layer of parmesan cheese. Place the last layer of noodles over the cheese.

    Place the remaining beef over the top. with the rest of the sauce. Make sure the sauce is even everywhere. Now your ready for your cheese. Sprinkle as much as you like. (: Then dash some salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and italian seasoning. Place in the oven and when it's finished, let it cool for a couple of minutes and Enjoy!!!!
