Ingredients For kw's baked speghetti

6 ozuncooked speghetti
-
1 lbground chuck
-
1 conion
-
3/4 tspsalt (or less if you don't like real salty food)

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspchili powder
-
3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 1/4 cketchup
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard
-
3/4 cbeef stock
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make kw's baked speghetti

1Cook Spaghetti according to box instructions, drain and set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground chuck and onions in a large skillet, stirring until meat browns and crumbles; drain well.

3Stir the salt, pepper, chili powder, 1/4 cup of the shredded cheddar, the worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard into the meat mixture.

4Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti and beef stock.

5Spoon mixture into a baking dish. Top spaghetti with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and the shredded mozzarella.

6Bake 20-30 minutes, or until cheese begins to brown.
