Every year I enter a huge Mac and cheese bake off- I always come in second. This is my 2017 entry. Let's see how it goes!!

Ingredients For mac and cheese- knock your "red sox" off

1 boxcavatappi pasta
-
2 cancheddar cheese soup
-
2 canevaporated milk
-
1 stickbutter (salted)
-
38 oz blocks of sharp cheddar (finely shredded)

38 oz blocks of super sharp cheddar (finely shredded)
-
38oz blocks of american cheese (finely shredded)
-
2 pkgkayem natural casing hotdogs
-
4 Tbspmustard, spicy brown
-
3 Tbspketchup
-
2large white onion(diced)
-
4 ozbeer, ipa preferably.
How To Make mac and cheese- knock your "red sox" off

1Cook pasta in salted water

2Cut hotndogs into nickle sized rounds. Fry in frying Pan with 2 tbs of butter until brown. Remove with slotted spoon .

3Add 2 more TbS butter to pan and add onions. Saute until translucent.

4Strain cooked pasta.

5Slowly add your shredded cheese until it's all in corporated.

6Add Hotdogs, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until incorporated.

7( broil on high for extra 5 min for a calmelized cheese top)
