Ingredients For it's all i had in my kitchen turkey stroganoff

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 cdiced onion
-
2-3 Tbspcrushed garlic
-
1 lbground turkey
-
salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 csour cream
-
1/2 cfresh parmesan cheese
-
3/4 cchicken broth
-
1/2 cancorn and peppers (11oz can)

1 pkgfettucine pasta, cooked and drained
How To Make it's all i had in my kitchen turkey stroganoff

1Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. (My favorite way to start almost every main dish!)

2Add turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink. season with spices.

3Combine cream of corn, mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese and broth into the mixture.

4Add cooked fettuccine and simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
