Ingredients For italian stuffed shells

1 pkgjumbo shells
-
1 lbground chuck
-
2/3 cchopped onion
-
1 or 2 cloves of garlic chopped

2 clovewater
-
1 canstewed tomatoes
-
1 cantomato paste
-
1 Tbspbeef bouilon cube
-
1 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 canricotta cheese
-
2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cchopped parsley
-
2eggs
How To Make italian stuffed shells

1Prepare shells according to pkg. directions.In large saucepan brown meat, drain. Add onion and garlic cook and stir until tender. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste,boulion and italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 min. In med. bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and eggs. Stuff pasta with cheese mixture, arrange in a 13x9 pan, overlapping slightly. Pour sauce over pasta, top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake 50 min. or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and let stand 10 min. before serving.
