4 ozspaghetti, cooked and drained

1egg, beaten

1/2 cricotta cheese, part-skim

1/4 cparmesan cheese

3/4 cprepared spaghetti sauce (canned or your own)

1link sweet italian sausage, cooked and sliced

1/2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make italian sausage "cupcakes"

1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 6-cup standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

2Combine spaghetti, egg, Parmesan and Ricotta cheese. Press into muffin cups.

3Top each with 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce. Add a slice or two of sausage. Top with mozzarella cheese.

4Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
