2 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion diced

1 mdred bell pepper diced

8 ozmushroom sliced

4 clovegarlic minced

8 ozpastrami sliced

1/4 cwhite wine

32 ozfavorite spaghetti sauce

8 ozgemelli pasta cooked in salted boiling water and drained

1/4 cfresh basil chopped

shredded parmesan cheese for serving
How To Make italian pastrami skillet

1Add oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion and red bell pepper and saute until softened. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute until the mushrooms are browned. Add the wine and let most evaporate. Add the pastrami and cook until browned. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Add the basil and stir in the cooked pasta.
