This is actually my husbands recipe, but it's so yummy I had to share....hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Ingredients For italian pasta casserole (no bake!!!)

small cansliced black olives
-
16 oz. cancrushed stewed tomatoes w/ basil
-
penne pasta
-
shredded parmesan cheese (better if fresh)
-
1 lbsweet italian sausage (peeled and fried)

frozen spinach
-
crushed garlic (to taste)
-
pepperoni
-
mushrooms, fresh
-
small cantomatoe sauce
How To Make italian pasta casserole (no bake!!!)

1Fry sausage and drain off grease (MAKE SURE TO PEEL THE SKIN OFF THE LINKS BEFORE YOU FRY THEM).

2When sausage is cooked add your tomatoes, sauce, black olives, garlic, spinach, pepperoni and mushrooms.

3When pasta is ready add to mixture (either in the pan or in a serving dish). Mix in the parmesan cheese leaving some to sprinkle over the top after serving.
