A real easy crowd pleaser(serves a bunch). Can use your favorite pasta (I used whole wheat penne).

Ingredients For italian pasta bake

1 pkgpasta (you choose) 13-14oz

4sweet italian sausages (either pre-cooked or sauted), browned and sliced

15 ozricotta cheese

1egg

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspblack pepper
-
16 oztomato sauce
-
8 ozpackage, mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/3 cparmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make italian pasta bake

1Pre heat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8X13 casserole dish with cooking spray.

2Cook your pasta according to directions and drain.

3In large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and pepper until well combined. Add the pasta and mix well.

4Saute your sausage (if uncooked) or brown pre-cooked sausage.

5Put half of your tomato sauce on bottom of casserole dish, then spread half of the pasta mixture on top of it, then layer half of the suasage. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese next. Repeat the tomato sauce, pasta mixture, rest of sausage, mozzarella cheese and finish by sprinkling the parmesan cheese on top.

6Cover the casserole with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and broil just for a minute or two,browning the cheese on top.
