A real easy crowd pleaser(serves a bunch). Can use your favorite pasta (I used whole wheat penne).

Ingredients
- 1 package pasta (you choose) 13-14oz
- 4 - sweet italian sausages (either pre-cooked or sauted), browned and sliced
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 8 ounces package, mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make italian pasta bake

Step 1Pre heat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8X13 casserole dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Cook your pasta according to directions and drain.

Step 3In large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and pepper until well combined. Add the pasta and mix well.

Step 4Saute your sausage (if uncooked) or brown pre-cooked sausage.

Step 5Put half of your tomato sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish, then spread half of the pasta mixture on top of it.

Step 6Then layer half of the sausage. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese next.

Step 7Repeat the tomato sauce, pasta mixture, rest of sausage, mozzarella cheese and finish by sprinkling the parmesan cheese on top.

Step 8Cover the casserole with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and broil just for a minute or two,browning the cheese on top.
