How To Make italian beef on noodles

1Mix the beef broth, the first measure of olive oil, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, sugar, red pepper, basil, marjoram and garlic in a container. A plastic container with a lid or a zip lock bag will be fine. Add steak, cover and refrigerate to marinate at least 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Place the 3 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet on lower heat and sautè sliced onions and bell pepper until tender about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove meat from marinade with tongs (reserve the marinade) and place into skillet with onions and peppers. Increase heat to medium and sautè beef until brown (about 3 minutes or just until tender), stirring constantly. Stir in reserved marinade and cook until the sauce thickens (1-2 minutes), stirring frequently. Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
