Ingredients For italian baked pasta and cheese

1 lbragatoni pasta
-
1 1/2 cricotta cheese
-
16 oztomato sauce (jar or home made)

1 cmozzarella cheese, diced or shreaded
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan or romano cheese graded
-
salt, pepper, italian seasoning
How To Make italian baked pasta and cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
2Cook Pasta according to directions for "Al Dente" and drain and put back in pot
-
3mix 1 cup of tomato sauce with pasta
-
4pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish
-
5add half of pasta to baking dish
-
6mix ricotta , half of mozzarella cheese , salt ,pepper, Italian seasoning and half of parmesan in bowl and then spread on top of pasta

7cover with second half of pasta balance of sauce and balance of cheeses
-
8Bake at 350 for 30 min.
