Ingredients For italian baked pasta and cheese

  • 1 lb
    ragatoni pasta
  • 1 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz
    tomato sauce (jar or home made)
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, diced or shreaded
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan or romano cheese graded
  • salt, pepper, italian seasoning

How To Make italian baked pasta and cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Cook Pasta according to directions for "Al Dente" and drain and put back in pot
  • 3
    mix 1 cup of tomato sauce with pasta
  • 4
    pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish
  • 5
    add half of pasta to baking dish
  • 6
    mix ricotta , half of mozzarella cheese , salt ,pepper, Italian seasoning and half of parmesan in bowl and then spread on top of pasta

    cover with second half of pasta balance of sauce and balance of cheeses

    Bake at 350 for 30 min.
