A Twist on Regular Mac n Cheese!! I added Chicken to make it more of a complete meal. Creamy and Delicious.

Ingredients For italian 4 cheeses and chicken mac n cheese

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast halve-cooked and shreddeds, skinless and boneless
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 c
    milk-whole or 2%
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    provolone cheese
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella
  • 1 lb
    salad shell pasta-cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How To Make italian 4 cheeses and chicken mac n cheese

    On Medium heat, melt butter in a deep nonstick skillet. Whisk in flour until absorbed.

    Add in milk. Turn up heat to Med/high. As it simmers, continue to whisk until flour is gone. Whisk. in Italian Seasoning. Add in cheeses one at a time, whisking after every cheese until its. thick and creamy

    Add in cooked Pasta. Gently stir to coat pasta.

    You may add a green salad or vegetable. Serve and Enjoy!
