Ingredients For instant pot cheese, pesto,& black pepper pasta

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 6 oz
    fettucini
  • salt
  • 1/2 c
    each ricotta cheese and shredded romano cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    pesto
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • fresh italian parsley for garnish

How To Make instant pot cheese, pesto,& black pepper pasta

    Turn the instant pot to saute and add the Olive oil and garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the pasta and salt and just enough water to cover the pasta. Set on 3 minutes pressure cook and then quick release.

    Open the lid and select saute. Stir in the ricotta, romano and pesto. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in the black pepper and lemon juice.

    Serve garnished with the parsley.
