I worked all week on this one.I tried to put a twist on the pasta for my kids. They loved it and had no idea they were eatten spinach!

Ingredients For inside-out ravioli

1 lbground beef

1/2 conion

1clove of garlic minced

110oz package of frozen chopped spinach

1 lbcan of spaghetti-sauce with mushrooms

8 ozcan tomato sauce

6 ozcan tomato paste

1/2 tspsalt

dash of pepper

7 ozpackage elbow macaroni shells cooked and drained

1 cshredded sharp cheese or as much as you like. we love cheese

1/2 citalian bread crumbs

2well beaten eggs
-
1/4 csalad oil
How To Make inside-out ravioli

1Brown 1st 3 ingredients in large skillet. Cook spinach using package directions. Drain , reserving liquid. add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and next five ingrdients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients: spread in 13 x 9 in backing dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. serves 8 to 10
