This is my mother-in-law's recipe. Everytime we have company she is requested to make this.

Ingredients For inside out ravioli

1 (10oz) pkgfrozen spinach, chopped

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

2 lbground chuck
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1garlic clove, minced
-
1 lbcan spaghetti sauce with mushrooms

1 (8oz) cantomato sauce
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
8 or 10 oz pkgshell or elbow macaroni, cooked

2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-
2eggs, well beaten
-
1/4 cextra virgin olive oil
-
1 (6oz) cantomato paste
How To Make inside out ravioli

1Cook spinach according to package directions - drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup liquid. Set aside.

2Brown meat, onion and garlic in 1 Tbls oil.

3Stir spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper into meat mixture and simmer 10 minutes.

4Combine spinach, cooked macaroni, cheese, eggs, and 1/4 c oil.

5Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the spinach mixture on the bottom. Spread the meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
