Ingredients For insalata

1 lbcooked rigatoni

1 canred kidney beans, drained and rinced

2 mdtomatoes, diced

8 ozhard salami, diced

8 ozmozzarella cheese, diced

6 ozblack olives, sliced

4 sliceprosciutto, cut into strips

1 canartichoke hearts, drained and quartered

1/4 citalian dressing
-
to tastesalt and pepper

1 tsporegano
How To Make insalata

1Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, salami, cheese, olives, prosciutto, and artchikes.

2pour the dressing over the pasta, stir, and then fold in the anitpasta mix. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Chill until ready to serve.
