4 Tbspflour

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 1/2 lbbeef top round steak, cut into 1 - inch cubes

1 ccoarsely chopped onion

2 tspbutter

2 tspcanola oil

1 cbeef broth

2 Tbsptomato paste

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspdried marjoram
-
1/4 tspcaraway seeds

1/4 tsplemon juice
-
hot cooked noodles
How To Make hungarian goulash

1In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef cubes and shake to coat.

2In a large skillet, cook beef and onion in butter and oil until onion is tender. Stir in broth, tomato paste, garlic, paprika, marjoram, caraway seeds and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender. Serve over hot noodles.
