Ingredients For herb seafood pasta

116 ounce) package uncooked fettuccine

1/2 lbuncooked deveined large shrimp(fresh)

2 Tbspolive oil

5 1/2 Tbspherb-pesto-butter, divided

1/2 lblarge sea scallops

6green onion, cut into 2-inch strips

1 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
- HERB PESTO BUTTER

1 croom temp butter
-
1 1/2 cchopped fresh parsley
-
3 Tbspmarsala or white wine
-
2 Tbspfresh chopped oregano
-
5 clovechopped garlic

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make herb seafood pasta

1Cook: pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Keep warm. devein shrimp, heat oil and 2 tablespoon herb pesto butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Add shrimp, scallops, and green onions, cook stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in 2 more tablespoons Herb-Pesto-Butter. Remove mixture from skillet, and keep warm.

3Melt remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons Herb-Pesto-Butter in skillet remove from heat. Add warm pasta and 1/2 cup cheese, tossing to coat. Divide pasta mixture evenly among 4 past bowls; top evenly with seafood mixture and remaining 1/2 cheese. Serve immediately.
