Ingredients For healthy ground turkey and spinach lasagna

1/2 lbground turkey breast

1 Tbspolive oil
-
126 oz jar marinara sauce
-
114-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
-
19 oz pkg oven-ready lasagna noodles
-
2 cpart-skim ricotta cheese
-
18 oz pkg reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
-
110 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

4 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese.
How To Make healthy ground turkey and spinach lasagna

1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Saute turkey in oil until browned. In lg bowl, combine cooled turkey, marinara sauce, and tomatoes.

2Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Pour 1 cup turkey mix into cooker. Layer on 3 noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach and more sauce.

3Repeat layers 2 times, ending w/ sauce. Cover, cook on low for 2-1/2 hrs. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
