2-1/2 cuncooked ronzoni healthy harvest rotini pasta

2 tspolive oil

1green bell pepper, chopped
-
1red bell peppper, chopped
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
8 ozfresh sliced mushrooms
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
110.75 oz can fa-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
-
18 oz container lite sour cream
-
2 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cfat-free milk
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
2cans tuna in water, drained, flaked
-
1/2 creduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
12whole wheat crackers, crushed
How To Make healthy, delicious tuna noodle casserole.

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13" x 9" pan w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain.

2In lg skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add peppers, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook, stirring until veggies are tender.

3Stir in soup, sour cream, cream cheese, milk and pepper. Stir until well blended. Stir in tuna, pasta and cheddar cheese. Spoon mix into pan evenly. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese and crushed crackers. Bake, uncovered 40 min, or until bubbly.
