Ingredients For hamburger stroganoff

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 slice
    bacon (crisp,drained and crushed)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    pepper
  • 10 1/2 oz
    can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 2/3 pkg
    egg noodles, cooked and drained

How To Make hamburger stroganoff

  • 1
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet with the bacon crumbs and onion.Cook until tender and drain excess fat. Add salt and pepper then add cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add sour cream and drained noodles and continue simmering for 10 to 15 minutes longer. Take off heat and enjoy.
