Ingredients For ham and cheese rotini

  • 16 oz
    rotini pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 4 oz
    velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 c
    ham deli meat chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    each diced green onions and drained pimientos

How To Make ham and cheese rotini

  • 1
    Cook the rotini in boiling salted water. While the Rotini is cooking melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour
  • 2
    Whisk and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk and continue to whisk. Add the Velveeta and cook until it melts. Stir in the ham, green onions and pimientos. Cook until warmed through
  • 3
    Drain the pasta and stir it into the cheese mixture. Serve
