Ingredients For ground beef casserole

2 lbground beef

1 mdbell pepper, chopped

1 mdonion, chopped

9 cegg noodles, cooked
-
1 lbAmerican cheese, cubed
-
1 canwhole kernel corn, drained (15 oz)

2 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10.5 oz each)
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper

Add some extra shredded cheese for the presentation. Also, we used a 16 oz bag of egg noodles.

1In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper, and onion until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain.

2Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

3Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.

4Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
