Something easy and quick to make, yet so yummy!!!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

An easy, delicious, and budget-friendly ground beef casserole. Super cheesy and creamy, everything coats the egg noodles. Fresh onions and bell peppers add a bit of flavor to the hearty ground beef. There are pops of sweetness from the corn. Serve this dinner casserole alone or with a side salad.
