My dear freind and Chicago neighbor ROSE, from Greece, gave me her delicious Pastitsio recipe. I have made this many times. It has a wonderful combination of cinnamon, oregano, garlic, cheese, and chopped tomatoes. Along with ground meat, pasta, and the added delight of a cream gravy sauce. Family and friends always asked for this recipe. A delish change from Italian Lasagna, to serve your guests. Nancy.7/19/12
