  • ALFREDO SAUCE
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 6 c
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    pecornino romano cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano- reggiano cheese shredded
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • FETTUCCINE
  • 8 oz
    fettuccine cooked and drained

How To Make gourmet fettuccine alfredo

  • 1
    Add butter, cream cheese and garlic to saucepan and cook until melted and smooth. Add the heavy cream. Add the cheeses and whisk until smooth. Stir in nutmeg and lemon juice. taste and season with salt. Serve over cooked fettuccine
