Ingredients For goulash

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

3bay leaves
-
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
-
2 - 15 oz. candiced tomatoes with garlic & onions
-
2 - 15 oz. cantomato sauce, no-salt added
-
3 cwater
-
5 clovegarlic, chopped
-
2 lgonions, chopped
-
2 lbground beef, leanest you can get
-
1 Tbspseasoning salt
-
2 celbow macaroni, uncooked
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
-
sour cream
-
paprika
-
shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make goulash

1In a dutch oven, saute the ground beef over medium high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while sauteing. Spoon off any grease.

2Add onions & garlic to the pot & saute until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

3Add water along with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, soy sauce & all seasonings. Stir well.

4Place a lid on the pot & allow to cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Add macaroni, stir well. Return the lid to the pot & simmer for 30 minutes.

5Turn off the heat, remove the bay leaves & allow the mixture to sit about 30 minutes more before serving. Top off with desired toppings.
