Ingredients For goulash (macaroni/beef)

12 ozlarge elbow macaroni

8-16 ozground beef 93/7 (i use 1/2 lb)

1/2 mdonion-minced

3 Tbspgreen pepper-minced

1 clovegarlic (large) minced

1 lgcan plum tomatoes - 29 oz
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/4-1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/4 tspblack pepper-fresh ground

1 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1beef bouillon cube
How To Make goulash (macaroni/beef)

1Cook large macaroni in boiling salted water for 1 minute under package directions. While pasta is cooking, mince onion, bell pepper and garlic. Drain macaroni and set aside.

2Heat the pasta pot over medium high heat, add ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook-stirring 4-5 minutes till meat is cooked through and onions are translucent. Remove any fat that accumulated.

3Stir in the red pepper flakes, tomatoes, black pepper, salt, celery seed, bouillion and macaroni. Cook over medium high heat for 1 minute stirring constantly. Serve.
