Ingredients For goulash

3 lbbeef chuck cross rib roast

8cloves garlic
-
2onions, sliced
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspcayenne
-
1 tsporegano
-
1 tspwhole peppercorns
-
sour cream
-
5 ozcan tomato paste
-
28 ozcan tomatoes
-
1 canwhole clams
-
water to cover roast
-
1 cfresh mushrooms
How To Make goulash

1Cover roast with just enough water in pressure cooker.

2Cook for 45 minutes until done.

3Remove roast from liquor and let cool.

4Add can of whole tomatoes, can of clams, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, spices and tomato paste.

5Crush garlics with side of knife and add to stew.

6Stir and let simmer.

7When roast has cooled down shred into pieces and add to the stew to simmer.

8Either serve plain with sour cream on top or stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.

9Or eat goulash alone, but with someone.
