I make this a lot. Make it with the ingredients you like. A filling casserole.

Ingredients For goulash

  • 1 pkg
    rotini pasta or egg noodles (12-16 oz.)
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 2 jar
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c
    cheese
  • 1 can
    mushrooms, canned, drained
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes, drained

How To Make goulash

  • 1
    Boil noodles until done and drain. Cook ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain fat off. Mix noodles, meat and sauce, mushrooms. Put into a large casserole and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

    This is very easy and you can change the ingredients to suit your taste. I have used ground turkey and sausage instead of beef.
