Ingredients For goulash

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    medium onion chopped
  • 1
    medium green pepper chopped
  • 32 oz
    tomato juice
  • 12 oz
    tomato soup
  • 1 box
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 16 oz
    can diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    worsttershire
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make goulash

  • 1
    Brown and drain ground beef. Sauté onion and green pepper. Cook and drain pasta as directed on box.
  • 2
    Add all ingredients in a large pot or crock pot and heat thoroughly. Add pasta 15 minutes before serving.

    Garnish with Parmesan to taste.
