Ingredients For garlic shrimp sauce with parsley

  • 1 lb
    pasta your choice
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    medium shrimp peeled and deveined and cut into pieces
  • 1 c
    dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley minced

How To Make garlic shrimp sauce with parsley

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile in a large pot big enough to hold the pasta. Place 2 tbsp of the oil and the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the dry white wine and let most evaporate
  • 2
    Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Season with salt and Drain the pasta reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the shrimp sauce and use the reserved pasta water to thin the sauce to desired consistency.

    Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pasta. Stir in the parsley and serve immediately
