Ingredients For fried spaghetti

  • 1 box
    sm. box spaghetti
  • 1 md
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • milk

How To Make fried spaghetti

    Cook the spaghetti and drain. set aside.

    Take a container and beat up 1 egg , add milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. A jar is the best container, you will need to pour a little bit of mixture at a time. Set aside. You should have about a pint of mixture

    Heat up a large skillet, add 1 Tablespoon of oil in it and then put a hand full of spaghetti in the skillet, enough to cover the bottom but you can still see the surface. let fry to golden brown, and flip over, the spaghetti will stick together, like a pancake. Let it begin to fry a little, then pour about a 1/4 cup of egg and milk mixture over it. Fry till brown add garlic powder if you want more. serve. My family will eat this with their fingers. Because of the crunch.
