My brother made these for me once and I thought they were so awesome, so I got the redipe from him. You can use either cheese or meat raviolis or a combination.

Ingredients For fried ravioli

120 oz pkg frozen cheese or meat ravioli
-
3/4 citalian-style bread crumbs

3/4 tspgarlic powder
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1egg, beaten
-
1/2 ccanola oil, for frying
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
marinara sauce, for dipping
How To Make fried ravioli

1Cook ravioli as directed, drain and cool. Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

2In bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, basil and oregnao. In another bowl, mix together milk and egg.Dip ravioli, a few at a time into milk, then coat fully w/ breadcrumbs.

3In skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Fry ravioli, a few at a time in oil, until golden on both sides, about 5 mins. Drain on paper towels. Place ravioli on baking sheet. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 15 mins. Serve w/ marinara sauce.
