Ingredients For four cheese, pasta and beef

6 ozpenne or other tube pasta

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cparmesan, shredded

1/2 cswiss cheese, shredded

1 pkgcream cheese, 3 ounces

1 csliced green onions
-
1 canstewed tomatoes
-
1 canchunky pasta style sauce, 14 1/2 ounces

3/4 lbground beef

1salt and pepper to taste
How To Make four cheese, pasta and beef

1Cook pasta as package directs; drain.

2In skillet brown meat.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.

5Stir in onions and cream cheese.

6Toss with remaining ingredients.

7Cover 2 minutes to melt cheeses.
