2 boxelbow noodles

1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 lbchopped crispy bacon

2 stickbutter

8 Tbspflour

1 1/2 cheavy cream

4 chalf and half
-
1 lbsharp cheddar cheese

1 lbmonetary jack cheese

1 lbcolby jack cheese

1/2 csour cream
-
1 1/2 ozsmoked paprika
-
1 tspfresh ground black pepper
-
1 1/2 ozgarlic salt
-
2 qtchicken broth
-
1 1/2 ozonion powder
-
1 lgchopped bell pepper
-
1 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 tspthyme
-
4 lgeggs
How To Make fireman bob's smoked mac and cheese my way

1Smoke the bacon and cut it up. Place chicken broth in a 4 quart pan and bring to boil. put elbow noodles in and cook using directions on package Once done drain and set aside.

2Place butter in large sauce pan on low heat allowing to melt completely. add flour a little at a time stirring to make a rue. add eggs one at a time stirring

3add everything and place noodles in large foil pan and sprinkle paprika all over top and place in Smoker for 3 hours
