Ingredients For filipino spaghetti

4 slicebacon

4hot dogs cut into chunks

1/2 lbground beef

1 tspeach salt and pepper

1 mdonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

3 Tbsptomato paste
-
1 cred wine
-
1/2 cbanana ketchup (filipino ketchup)

1 lcan crushed tomatoes

2 Tbspfish sauce
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
8 ozspaghetti
-
fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make filipino spaghetti

1Cook the bacon in a large saute pan. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel. Add the hot dogs to the bacon grease and brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

2Add the beef with salt and pepper and brown. Add the onions and garlic and saute until onions are softened. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add the wine and scrap up the bits from pan. Let cook until reduced by half. Add the tomatoes, banana ketchup, fish sauce, oregano and brown sugar.

3Let simmer until thickened about 20 minutes. Add the hotdogs back to pan. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti and drain. Serve with sauce over spaghetti sprinkle with crumbled bacon and garnish with cilantro
