This is a recipe that we prepare on Sundays in Argentina to share with all family!!!

Ingredients For fideos verdes / green noodles

  • 350 g
    all purpose flour
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 pkg
    spinach
  • 125 g
    semilina
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make fideos verdes / green noodles

    Mix all the ingredients and knead. Leave rest around 15 minuts.

    To stretch to the desired thickness. If you have a pasta machine, cut whit it, but if you don't, you can cut the nuddles with a knife.

    The best idea is leave the noddle dry hanging for an hour at least.

    Boil water with a tablespoon of oil and salt. Boil noddle during 2 to 3 minutes.

    Because these are green noddle, you can serve them with olive oil or your favorite salsa. Enjoy them!!!
