This recipe comes from one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando, Christini's. The owner gave me the recipe years ago. I have since added a few ingredients which will be listed as an option. Enjoy

Ingredients For fettucini alla rimini (pasta with salmon)

16 ozfresh fettucini pasta

8 ozsmoked salmon, cut into small pieces

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 cheavy cream
-
3egg yolks, beaten
-
1 cfresh grated parmesan cheese
-
2garlic cloves, minced (optional)

1 ozvodka
-
1 Tbspblack caviar to sprinkle on completed dish (optional)
How To Make fettucini alla rimini (pasta with salmon)

1Cook fettucini ala dente, drain and keep warm

2Over medium heat, saute salmon in the butter. Add vodka and flambe. Stir in the heavy cream and garlic, reduce heat to thicken. Add egg yolks, blending well. Remove from the heat and stir in cheese.

3Toss the fettucini in the sauce. Garnish with caviar. You are going to love this!!!!!
