  • 1 pkg
    fettuccine noodles
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 8 oz
    tub of ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 pt
    heavy or whipping cream

How To Make fettucine alfredo

  • 1
    Cook noodles according to directions on package; drain. In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in ricotta cheese until melted. Add Parmesan cheese and cream. Stir until heated throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place noodles in casserole dish, pour alfredo sauce over noodles and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
