Very simple but delicious!! Serve w/ homemade garlic bread.

Ingredients For fettuccine w/ shrimp & peas.

  • 1/2 lb
    ronzoni healthy harvest fettuccine pasta.
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    small baby shrimp
  • 1/4 c
    chopped roma tomatoes.
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic from a jar.
  • 3 Tbsp
    frozen baby peas.
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese.

How To Make fettuccine w/ shrimp & peas.

  • 1
    make pasta as directed, drain. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes, garlic and rosemary. Saute 5-7 min, or until shrimp are pink. Cook 2 more mins. Toss shrimp mix w/ fettuccine pasta. Top w/ grated cheese.
