This is the best recipe I have ever had for Fettuccine Alfredo. When my husband and I go to Italian places to eat; I still like mine better. :)

Ingredients For fettuccine alfredo

1/2 pkgfettuccine (uncooked)

1/4 cmargarine

1/2 cwhipping cream
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese (use fresh)

1 Tbspchopped parsley

salt to taste

pepper to taste
-
garlic powder to taste
-
sundried tomatoes (as many as you like cut up)
How To Make fettuccine alfredo

1Cook the pasta according to the directions; drain. Place in a warm serving dish. You may want to add a little olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking.

2Cook margarine, whipping cream, parmesan cheese and parsley in a separate pan. Add seasonings. Toss in the pasta and make sure it is well coated. You can add sundried tomatoes for some color and wonderful taste. Enjoy!
