Ingredients For fast and super easy italian ravioli

  • 1 bag
    (24 oz) ravioli, whatever type you prefer (i like beef)
  • 1 can
    progresso tomato-basil soup
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) fresh mozzarella pearls
  • handful of fresh basil
  • oven proof plates or bowls

How To Make fast and super easy italian ravioli

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • 2
    Pour soup in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook over medium-low heat and let it reduce while you prepare everything else.

    Boil a seperate pot of water for ravioli.

    Cook Ravioli according to package directions and drain well.

    Plate ravioli on oven proof plates or bowls. Ladle soup over the top.

    Dot with fresh mozzarella pearls. Place in oven just until the pearls melt.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.

    Serve with a crisp salad and crusty bread, and definitely a good red wine!
