Ingredients For enchilada stuffed shells

20uncooked large pasta shells

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 can(10oz) enchilda sauce, mild

1/2 tspdried onion, minced

1/4 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspground cumin
-
1 can(15oz) fat-free refried beans
-
1 cshredded mexican cheese blend
How To Make enchilada stuffed shells

1Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil, set aside.

2Cook hamburger until browned; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings and beans.

3Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture in each pasta shell, then place in a 13x9 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
