Ingredients For enchilada pasta

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 28 oz
    can red enchilada sauce
  • 8 oz
    small shell pasta
  • 2 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 3
    green onions chopped

How To Make enchilada pasta

  • 1
    Place ground beef, garlic and taco seasoning in a large pot.Cook until beef is browned. Add the chicken stock and enchilada sauce.
  • 2
    Bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until pasta is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and garnish with green onions.
