Ingredients For enchilada lasagna

1 lbground beef

1 mdonion chopped
-
1/2 smbell pepper any color
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

8 ozcream cheese
-
1 canrefried beans
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1 canenchilada sauce
-
6 lgflour tortillas
-
1 pkgshredded 4 cheese mexican blend cheese

1/4 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make enchilada lasagna

1Preheat oven to 375 Pour the enchilada sauce into a shallow bowl and set aside. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and also set aside.

2Brown the ground beef with the onions, bell pepper, and garlic.

3Drain the meat and return to pan. Add taco seasoning (follow package directions for taco seasoning mix) Add Cream Cheese and refried beans and heat until cream cheese is melted

4dip 2 of the tortillas in the enchilada sauce and shake off excess. Place in the bottom of the pan.

5Pour half of the meat/refried bean mixture on top followed by 1/3 of the mexican cheese blend.

6Repeat step 5 ending with 2 flour tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce on top with the rest of the mexican cheese blend and the mozzarella cheese

7Heat in oven uncovered for 20-25 mins or until heated through and cheese is melted
