Ingredients For egg noodle poutine

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 3/4 c
    butter, divided
  • 3/4 c
    breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg
    chicken gravy mix or jar (or homemade)
  • parsley, for garnish, optional

How To Make egg noodle poutine

  • 1
    Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter in a small saucepan. Add the breadcrumbs and cook until browned; set aside.

    Drain the noodles and add the remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the gravy according to package directions.

    Place the noodles on a plate. Ladle gravy over top and top with breadcrumbs. Add some parsley for garnish, if desired.
